Eminem's 'Marshall Mathers LP 2' Tracklist Includes Rihanna, Kendrick Lamar, Nate Ruess

3:00 AM |
Eminem on stae
Eminem is enlisting some A-list help on his forthcoming album "The Marshall Mathers LP 2." A newly unveiled tracklist includes collaborations with Rihanna, Kendrick Lamar, Skylar Gray and fun. frontman Nate Ruess.

The rapper previously teamed up with Rihanna on "Love the Way You Lie," a hit penned by Gray for his 2010 album "Recovery." Rihanna also appeared on "Welcome To: Our House," the 2012 release from Eminem's supergroup Slaughterhouse. Now they'll join forces on "The Monster."

Kendrick Lamar has professed to being an Eminem fan in the past, and his controversial verse on Big Sean's "Control" found him paying respect to the veteran rapper: "I heard the barbershops be in great debates all the time / 'Bout who's the best MC? Kendrick, Jigga and Nas / Eminem, Andre 3000, the rest of y'all / New n---as just new n---as, don't get involved."

Beyond writing "Love the Way You Lie," Gray has proven a frequent Eminem collaborator. She teamed up with him and Dr. Dre for 2011's "I Need a Doctor" and also appeared on "Welcome To: Our House."

The more surprising appearance is Ruess, who hasn't dabbled much in hip-hop professionally. (He did, however, list A$AP Rocky's "F--kin' Problems" and Kanye West, Big Sean, Pusha T and 2 Chainz's "Mercy" among his favorite songs during a Rolling Stone interview earlier this year.)

Check out the full tracklist for the album, which serves as a sequel to 2000's acclaimed "The Marshall Mathers LP." It drops Nov. 5.

1. "Bad Guy"
2. "Parking Lot" (Skit)
3. "Rhyme or Reason"
4. "So Much Better"
5. "Survival"
6. "Legacy"
7. "Asshole" ft. Skylar Grey
8. "Berzerk"
9. "Rap God"
10. "Brainless"
11. "Stronger Than I Was"
12. "The Monster" Ft. Rihanna
13. "So Far ..."

Eminem’s daughter Hailie Scott crowned homecoming queen

7:38 AM |

Haillie Scott was crowned Homecoming Queen of Chippewa Valley High School in Clinton Township, Michigan, on Friday, October 4, after students and faculty voted for her. Photo: Twitter

Eminem has always been proud of his daughter, Haillie Scott- he always mentions her name in his songs, and even back in 2002 included her voice on his track ‘My Dad’s Gone Crazy’.

Now the Detroit rap king whose eighth album, ‘The Marshal Mathers LP 2′, is due to drop on November 5, has one more reason to be a proud ‘daddy’; Haillie is now a Homecoming Queen.

Haillie Scott was crowned Homecoming Queen of Chippewa Valley High School in Clinton Township, Michigan, on Friday, October 4, after students and faculty voted for her.

Although Eminem was around to witness his daughter-whom members of the community described as a ‘smart, athletic, and caring’-crowned queen, he however declined to make a public appearance, opting to watch the entire episode from inside the school, as ‘he wanted Hailie to have her own moment.’

Lil Wayne finally released Dedication 4 mixtape

5:39 PM |

After some delays, Lil Wayne finally released Dedication 4, the fourth mixtape in a series of albums on which the YMCMB boss raps over the hottest tracks.

"Usually, I kill all the hot songs that's out," Weezy told Mixtape Daily last month about Dedication 4, according to MTV News. "But I'm on all the hot songs that's out. So now I have nothing to kill." In 2007, Wayne released Da Drought 3 mixtape, which was acclaimed by critics and ranked No. 27 on Rolling Stone's "Top 50 Albums of 2007" list.

"Dedication 4" is free for all Lil Wayne fans and features the likes of Nick Minaj, Birdman, J. Cole, Young Jeezy and Lil Mouse. The YMCMB rapper had been tweeting to fans about the album, calling it "stuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuupid," but those who listened to Wayne's newest release are not fawning over Dedication 4 just yet.

Lil Wayne 'Dedication 4' Mixtape: 10 Most Laughable Lyrics

Kendall Marshall

Sooo D4, 1) I think it's safe to say Wayne is NOT back 2) JCole had the hardest verse on the album 3) Where the hell are Lil Mouse' parents?

Ryan Conrad

I'd love to hear a Lil Wayne song without him using any metaphors.. He wouldn't even know what to say

Kareem Elgawly

Idk what to think of Lil Wayne anymore.

J'Real™

Lil wayne remixed Lil Mouse (13 year old gangster rapper) song. I no longer support NOTHING lil wayne does.

Some particular songs on Dedication 4 have caused quite the melee.

Nicki Minaj's verse on "Mercy" about voting for President Romney in November had many thinking that the Harajuku Barbie had endorsed the Republican candidate. Minaj has neither confirmed nor denied the speculation.

Another point of contention with Wayne's album is his featuring Lil Mouse on the remix of "Get Smoked." The 13-year-old rapper's raunchy lyrics have raised eyebrows. The teen, from Chicago's South Side, raps about sex, violence and drug selling, amongst other non-age-appropriate subjects. Lil Wayne is already being criticized for teaming up with Lil Mouse, according to MissInfo.tv.

Here are some of the most laughable lyrics from Lil Wayne's Dedication 4.
10. She’s so sophisticated / She'll catch a n---a nut and then refrigerate it
9. And ya’ll borin’, I don’t play n---a, I’m Mark Madsen / Thats why my knots thick like a f---ing Kardashian
8. Heavy load, throwing hella bands, in the club doing the money dance (Lil Mouse)
7. That's no lie, I'm so hot, you p---y ass n---as Massengill / I got them yellow Xanax, I slipped on a banana peel
6. Trukfit money Mountain Dew money, tell em / I get better like fine wine I'm fire like cayenne
5. Swish Michael, Phelps n---a in your ho / Coupe the color of YooHoo, rude boy free Buju
4. Pow, there go my hammer / Come around here stuntin', get jacked like O'Lantern
3. I beg your pardon, I egg your noggin, got nine up in my glove compartment
2. Hey baby let's make a porn! / Ba-bum! Devil horns
1. I'm a Republican voting for Mitt Romney / You lazy bitches is f--king up the economy (Nicki Minaj)

Kanye West Struggling With The Word 'Bitch'

4:28 PM |
Seems like Kanye West has a lot on his mind lately. On Saturday night, Yeezy and his G.O.O.D. Music cohorts partied with Jay-Z at the Made in America Festival in Philadelphia, but on Sunday (September 2), 'Ye served fans with some food for thought.

"I usually never tweet questions but I struggle with this so here goes... Is the word BITCH acceptable," he wrote earlier today before following up with another question.

"Is it acceptable for a man to call a woman a bitch even if it's endearing," Yeezy's train of thought began after someone questioned him about the use of the word bitch in his music. "Initially was offended by anyone questioning anything in my music," 'Ye admitted in his timeline.

The MC's 20-message dissertation pondered the use of the b-word as well as the taboo N-word in music and society as a whole. The VMA-winning rap artist didn't have many answers, but rather seemed to want to spark a discussion. Kanye even sent out a link to Lupe Fiasco's "Bitch Bad" video, which Lu premiered on the August 22 episode of MTV News' "RapFix Live" before hosting a roundtable discussion about the controversial clip and overall use of the word bitch.

"Is it ok to use bitch as long as we put BAD in front of it? Like you a BAD BITCH," Kanye wondered aloud before he revealed he at times edits his lyrics in an effort to be less offensive. "I will admit that I sometimes go back an omit cursing from my records. I like to use profanity as a tool and not a crutch."

It doesn't seem as if Kanye will shy away from the word bitch on his upcoming Cruel Summer, the G.O.O.D. Music LP. On a song titled "Perfect Bitch," Yeezy toasts to his main squeeze Kim Kardashian, who has said she is flattered by the track.

Near the close of his Twitter-spree, West hadn't come to a conclusion about whether or not people should use the word bitch. "I'm not tweeting to say what we need and what we don't...," he wrote. "I just wanted to think out loud with you guys today."

Do you think we should eliminate the word bitch from our collective vocabulary? Sound off in the comments.

In an interview with Oprah on August 19th, the 24-year-old singer cried to Oprah and told her that she’s found it in herself to forgive Chris for physically abusing her in 2009.

“I have [forgiven him]. It’s taken a long time,” Rihanna told Oprah during their interview for Oprah’s Next Chapter. Rihanna went on to say she’s happier now that she’s forgiven him. “I was in a dark place and it was coming out in my music, in my clothes, in my attitude.

I didn’t like that feeling. It was heavy,” she said. However, it wasn’t until Rihanna forgave her own father for physically abusing her mother that she was able to forgive Chris. With that being said, RiRi has truly moved on from the hurt and anger she once harbored. “I mean I have to move on,” she told Oprah, crying. But that doesn’t mean she’s fallen out of love with Chris. Rihanna revealed in the interview that she’s still in love with him and that he was the love of her life.

She also said that even though it’s taken a long time, she’s forgiven him for hurting her. “I have [forgiven him]. It’s taken a long time,” Rihanna said. Drake and Chris Brown exchange bottles

2:47 AM |

POLICE don’t usually get their mitts on photos showing the crime scene seconds BEFORE the incident kicks off.

But any nightclub that has Chris Brown and Drake under the same roof is bound to have a few fans with camera phones at the ready.

These new snaps have surfaced of Rihanna’s two exes just before the bloody bar fight, which left Brown with a gashed chin.

They show love rivals Brown and Drake yards from each other in the packed VIP section at New York’s W.i.P club.

The pics may come in handy for police investigating the bust-up early on Thursday, as the club’s CCTV footage may be useless.

According to reports, the film is so poor that it’s almost impossible to make out any faces.

Chris Brown before the Night Club Fight

Last night there were conflicting reports about whether anyone would be arrested over the incident, in which other clubbers were hit by flying bottles.

The trouble is said to have started after Drake sent Brown a note saying, “I am f***ing the love of your life”.

But rapper Drake is insisting one of Brown’s entourage had been making offensive comments to his pals.

Brown’s lawyer claimed: “I have turned over evidence that it was Drake who instigated this. The evidence makes it clear that Chris is the victim.

“I believe the police are building a case against Drake and his thugs. Clearly, Drake was the instigator and there is evidence he threw glassware.”

It has also emerged that Eva Longoria’s basketball player ex Tony Parker was with Brown and also got injured.

Parker says he’s had to postpone training for the London Olympics, where he will captain the French team, after flying glass hit him in the eye, leaving him with a scratched retina.

He’s wearing special contact lens to help it heal.

He said: “I was with my friend Chris Brown and me and my friends took some punches.

“I’ll be missing the start of the French team training because I can’t do anything for a week except keep the lens in and take drops. But I was lucky — the injury won’t prevent me from competing in the Olympics in any way.”

CHRIS Brown has been left with a bloody gash on his chin after a reported row with rapper Drake.

The pair are said to have clashed in a New York nightclub and the R&B star was treated in hospital after he was allegedly bottled by one of the rival hitmaker’s entourage.

The singer posted a gruesome snap of his injury on his Twitter page, but later removed it.

The two musicians have had a long-running feud over Drake’s dalliance with Chris’s ex Rihanna.

But when they met at WIP club last night, Chris is thought to have sent a bottle of champagne to Drake's table as a peace offering.

Unconfirmed reports say the bottle was returned with a note referring to Rihanna which read: “I'm f****** the love of your life, deal with it."

Onlookers say Chris was then hit in the face with a bottle during a subsequent fracas.

Chris, who showed the bleeding chin to his ten million followers before changing his mind, then took himself to hospital.

He later tweeted: "How u party wit rich n**** that hate? Lol... Throwing bottles like girls? #shameonya!"

Kanye West writes 86-tweet opus about fame, fashion and new company

3:58 AM |
Kenye West
Rapper Kanye West has debunked a fake Twitter page devoted to his clothing line and launched into a stream of consciousness-style series of tweets.

In his 86-tweet opus over three hours, he quoted Leonardo da Vinci and George Bernard Shaw and said he wanted to pick up from where creative types such as Michael Jackson, Alexander McQueen and Steve Jobs had left off.

In what could have been seen as an attempt to fire back at critics of his fashion line, which debuted in Paris in October, West gave a rundown of his industry chops, and emphasised that he's using money out of his own pocket to "follow my passion."

According to West, DONDA, which is named after his mother who died in 2007 of complications from cosmetic surgery, will comprise more than 22 divisions "with a goal to make products and experiences that people want and can afford."

West said the company will hire everyone from architects to nutritionists to doctors to teachers, and said his recent Watch the Throne tour with Jay-Z was an example of what a "Donda Experience" can be.

He also broadcast an email address where interested parties can reach him.

The 34-year-old mentioned working on a sci-fi film and designing the MTV Awards and being approached to work on a film version of The Jetsons.

"What good is fame and prestige if you can't use it to help people... I want to help by doing what I know how to do best .. create," one tweet read.

"I want to put creatives in a room together with like minds that are all waaaay doper than me," he wrote. "We want to help simplify and aesthetically improve everything we see hear, touch, taste and feel."

He alluded to a famous quote attributed to Irish playwright Shaw to drive his point home, saying, "If you have an apple and I have an apple and we exchange these apples then you and I will still each have one apple.

"But if you have an idea and I have an idea and we exchange these ideas, then each of us will have two ideas."

The rapper also said he wants to fix America's schools.

"There are so many broken systems from the economy to school systems jail systems... we need experts for this," West complained, adding that he and director Spike Jonze "want to do a summer school that tries new forms of curriculum."

"I care about people who have never heard of me," West wrote. "There are over 7 billion people on the planet now."

Never shy about expressing himself, the multi-Grammy winner is also no stranger to headline-grabbing controversy.

The Heartless singer was slammed in 2005 for declaring that then US President George W. Bush "doesn't care about black people" on a nationally televised telethon to raise money for the victims of Hurricane Katrina.

He was also seen as a sore loser in 2007 after he blamed racism when he lost to pop princess Britney Spears at the MTV Video Music Awards, and then shocked viewers at the same awards show two years later when he interrupted country singer Taylor Swift's speech as she accepted the award for Best Female Video to say Beyonce should have won.

Rihanna's "Talk The Talk" release tops iTunes

11:53 AM |
Rihanna performs at the Nilson Nelson Arena

Rihanna may soon be headed to the top of the album charts after her latest record, "Talk That Talk" reached No. 1 on iTunes on Tuesday, one day after its release.

The singer released early teasers online as much as a week in advance, helping push the album into the top 10 on iTunes. Fans took to Twitter and Facebook to call the album Rihanna's best yet. Critical reviews, however, were mixed.

"Talk That Talk" is the sixth studio album from the 23-year-old Barbadian singer, following CDs like "Rated R" and "Loud," which have seen her steadily evolve from teen pop star to adult performer since her 2005 debut. She has earned international success over the years with singles like "Umbrella," "Rude Boy" and "What's My Name."

The 11-track "Talk That Talk" features themes of love and sexuality with a mixture of up-tempo dance tracks and reggae beats on "Where Have You Been," "Birthday Cake" and "You Da One," along with ballads "We All Want Love" and "Farewell."

Rihanna also collaborated with rapper Jay-Z -- whose Roc Nation label manages her -- on the single "Talk That Talk" and Scottish producer Calvin Harris on chart-topping dance anthem "We Found Love." The record also features a sample of British indie rock group The xx's "Intro" on single "Drunk On Love."

The singer's fans were upbeat on Twitter.

@OhMy_Kayla said, "This TALK THAT TALK album by @rihanna is by far the best one yet!!!!,, I FREAKING LOVE HER," and @gabixballa tweeted, "I've only been listening to Talk That Talk since yesterday. Lowkey @rihanna's best album ever."

Despite the positive fan reception, critics delivered mostly mixed reviews, acknowledging the singer's move toward dance music but criticizing the lyrics.

New York Times' Jon Caramanica called the record "the blithest Rihanna album" and criticized the singer's voice for being "certifiably blank." Randall Roberts at the Los Angeles Times gave the album two out of four stars, saying it "contains little sweat, slobber or fluids and a lot of plasticized, inflatable insinuation."

British music magazine NME scored the album a five out of ten, and called it "annoyingly safe with just glimpses of what it might have been."

But not all critics were put off. TheWrap.com's Chris Willman called the record "less dark and more high-spirited" than her last two records, adding "the album is at its musical best when it sticks to dance music."

Listen: Rihanna's new album Talk That Talk

4:00 AM |

RIHANNA is back with her sixth album, Talk That Talk.

The record includes We Found Love, the song whose controversial film clip hit headlines earlier this year.

Running at just 35 minutes, Rihanna's latest album has gotten mixed reviews.

Billboard called the Barbadian-native's album "a fleshed-out statement that captures Rihanna's relentless drive and will likely keep her on top. This album's not a victory lap; it's a whole new race."

Talk That Talk is "an adrenalised behemoth of a record which reasserts her position as one of pop’s most compulsive pleasures," The (UK) Telegraph reported.

But, The Guardian was less impressed, calling Rihanna's record "a blast of obnoxious, filth-fuelled pop.

"Coming only a year after Loud, everything has been turned up, then up again, from its steroidal Ibiza synths to the smutty innuendo."

Beyonce and Jay-Z are expecting a little girl.

7:53 AM |
According to X Factor judge Kelly Rowland, Beyonce and Jay-Z are expecting a little girl.

Talking at the Cosmopolitan Ultimate Women of the Year Awards in London, Rowland commented that she doesn’t know what she is going to buy for the couple’s baby shower as “Jay is going to buy that little girl every single thing possible.”

Talk about letting the cat out of the bag.

Although there is still a chance that it could have just been Kelly’s turn of phrase, you have to admit that it is a pretty good indicator that unless Beyonce has been coaxing her friend to put the public off the scent the couple will soon be bringing the next generation of Destiny’s Child into the world.

Kelly also mentioned that she will definitely be playing a big part in Beyonce’s growing family, saying how happy she is for the pair and that she is always available for babysitting duties when they need her.

Don Jazzy Interview

3:17 AM |
Don Jazzy, Chief Executive Officer of Mo’ Hits Records, speaks with ADEMOLA OLONILUA about his life and career.

A fulfilled dream
I knew I would be relevant in the music industry, but I did not know I was going to end up at the top. I considered the fact that it would take us quite some time to study the market. I was still studying the market at the time. I did not imagine that I was going to study it faster than expected and get to the top. I would say that I feel honoured to be regarded as one of the biggest music producers in Africa. I thank God for that. At the same time, I think it is very difficult to keep up with the name. They say great power comes with great responsibilities. It is hard to keep up with the standard that we have tried to build for ourselves. We pray that God will give us the grace to sustain what we have achieved so far. There is no day that I do not reflect on my life and thank God for everything he has done.

Scandals

I did not get this far without being well informed. I have made it a point of duty to know what is happening in the entertainment industry, especially things that concern the Mo’ Hits family and I. I pay a lot of people to get informed so they wouldn’t leave my side of the story when any issue comes up. I heard about it. I do not think it is wise to respond to what he said. I have said that I would prefer if someone arranges a meeting for both of us. We should have a debate. Let him state his point and we shall debate it. At the end of the day he will still get the publicity that he wants. God sees my heart. I am not vindictive and I have never repaid other people’s kindness to me with evil. I am loyal to a fault and it gets me into trouble sometimes. Sometimes I am loyal to those who don’t even deserve loyalty just because of the good things they have done in the past. I wouldn’t agree if he says I did any bad thing to him. It would be better if we had a public debate. For now, I will take the blame till we have our little ‘get together’. Let me tell you all the things I have heard about myself that is false. I would start from the small ones before the big ones. I have heard that many people think I am over 30 years-old. It is ridiculous. I keep telling them I was born November 26, 1982. I am going to be 29 years old in November. I keep telling them, but they do not believe me. They say that I lied about my age. Maybe it is because my face looks hard. It is that way because I have experienced many things in this life. Also they think I am old because of the name, Don Jazzy. Some people have said I am the son of Enebeli Elebuwa .My name is Michael Collins Enebeli Ajereh. It so happen I have Enebeli in my name. It is a family name. Enebeli Elebuwa, Elebuwa is my father’s friend. My parents re-married when I was about 16 years old and I was the best man. The late Sam Loco was the master of ceremony at the main event, while Mr. Enebeli Elebuwa was the MC at the party because we were not allowed to enter the club at the time. He was my father’s colleague in the movie industry back in those days. Another rumor I heard was the one they said I owe Wande Coal. I do not know how that is possible. I read an article in a newspaper, which said Mo’ Hits record could be seen as a happy record label. We are happy people and we make good music. We move together and we do not respond to negative comments or music intended to insult or taint our image. We don’t want to be a party of that and people take that for granted. Anytime we sit at home, we read all the craps some people are publishing about us. Wande Coal was worried about the matter concerning borrowed money. He came to me and said, ‘Baba look at what they are saying again. They said you owe me money.’ But I told him not to worry about it and if he needed extra money I would give to him. I learned about the illuminati story. Our affiliation with Kanye West, Jay- Z, G.O.O.D music, to me is a good thing. It is a giant step for contemporary African music, especially Nigerian music. It is a big deal for Mo’ Hits record. I have heard they are affiliated with some people. But you do not expect Nigerians and other Africans to simply go there. It is not something we should discuss. I have not heard them discuss it. So it would be awkward to just start asking questions. Maybe when we get closer, we could discuss it. I am not illuminati and D’banj told me he is not too. We are Christians and God has brought us this far. We did not join Ogboni or any other cult group in Nigeria. The latest gossip in town is that D’banj and I were arrested for being in possession of hard drugs. There was a crazy buzz on twitter, blackberry and facebook that we were caught with 100 kilos of cocaine at J.F Kennedy International Airport in New York, USA. I don’t do drugs, I have never done it. I do not know why people actually do that. Any money I have I got through entertainment.

Passion for trendy clothes
At first, I used to dress like 50 cents, with a base ball cap, big t-shirt, and baggy jeans trousers. At some point, I felt that the fez cap was in vogue . Then I moved to something I never saw anybody do before. I like to stand out in a crowd. I decided to wear Indian robes. It is actually the kind of clothes that grooms wear to their wedding ceremonies in India. When I travel to London and Dubai, people greet me and ask if the ‘wedding’ went well. I decided to quit that dress style for a reason. It was because somebody told me on twitter that there was bad news. I asked him what it was about and he said there was somebody else in Enugu nicknamed Don Jazzy because he dressed like me. He said the fellow was caught stealing somewhere and he was set on fire. I was shocked. He said that from what they gathered he was trying to ‘live the life,’ but that the lacked the means to sustain it. It made me realize that we had reached the stage where some Nigerians wanted to be like us. I decided to tone down my dressing in such a way that anybody can afford to look like us. I decided to put on comfortable pants. People call it Pyjamas, but I think it is very comfortable. I can wear it anywhere and it is quite cheap. I bought it for $10. I don’t advise any one to wear it to work. You can wear it when you want to hang out with your friends. I don’t like to mingle in a crowd. So I tend to do things my way. Think differently.

D’banj and the Mo’Hits as spokesmen
I have stopped that now. At first, I was too shy to speak in front of a large crowd because I did not like the sound of my voice. I preferred to sing instead. I used to whisper to D’banj. We tried it once and people liked it. It worked out and we stuck to it. It was a fluke. It’s not as if we planned it. We did it once and Soundcity got it on tape. We saw the result and decided to continue with it. I didn’t have much to say then. Anything I wanted to say D’banj, Wande Coal, Dr. Sid, one of the Mo’ Hits would have said it in an interview. So I decided to shut up. I did not see the need for me to come out and take the shine off an artiste that needs publicity.

How Mo’ Hits made G.O.O.D music happen
D’banj ran into Kanye West in Dubai when he went for a birthday performance. On his way back to Nigeria, he met Kanye West. He asked to be introduced to the American rap star. The latter learnt that D’banj, one of the biggest singers in Africa at present, had collaborated with Snoop Dogg and was poised to break into the international market. He said no problem. We gave him some songs to listen to on an Ipod. He was impressed and when he asked who produced it, he was told that I did. He said he would love to work with us. When to visit New York? We told him we were going to Los Angeles to shoot the video of Mr. Endowed remix. He told us to pass through New York so that we could talk more on the possibility of a joint project. We thought it was a joke or he was one of those celebrities that played people off. We called him up and he said he was serious. Before we knew it, he was introducing us as his new sign-on. He made his intention clear and we told him we appreciated it. We got our lawyers and that was it.

Working with Kanye West
I would say he became my boss when he signed me on to his record label as one of his producers. He said he had many projects in view and he would not be able to handle them all on his own. Also he said he liked the quality of my sound and would love to use it in his work. Already we are working on D’Banj’s next album. Considering the fact that we were already big in Africa, we could not come in as regular artistes. We are more like partners. We have an agreement to release D’banj’s album. They would help us handle the distribution in the rest of the world, while we handle Africa.

About D Prince and his rap style
There is something about talent. Talents were not meant to be shared equally among men, in the first place. D Prince is my brother, I can’t deny that. Although he has a passion for entertainment, he doesn’t have a great voice or the skill to deliver lyrically. Yet, whatever he delivers gets accepted. He has his own audience. It is not every song that would appeal to everyone. The sky is very big for every bird to fly. Those who would listen to him will always do so. He has own followership. Apart from D Prince, everybody in Mo’ Hits does not brag to be the best. We just want to make money and feed our families. It is good enough that people appreciate what we do. We do not want medals for being the greatest lyricists. D’banj is not a great singer, but he is the most successful. Anybody that is complaining now is actually very late because if he is as bad as people say he wouldn’t become as big as he is. There are people out there that like him. We know this. Even within, we make jest of ourselves before other people hear it outside. We know we can not rap, we know we can not sing; but we know we can entertain you in our own way.
