Nigeria’s entertainment industry has again been hit by yet another death. Obiajulu Nwaozor, who is better known as MC Loph met his untimely death earlier today while driving in his recently-acquired SUV on the notorious Benin-Ore expressway. Street Journal gathered that he was traveling to Anambra State in the Eastern part of the country for his traditional wedding when the accident that claimed his life occurred.
MC Loph, famed for his hit single "Osondi Owendi" featuring Flavour N'Abania, has been gaining buzz across the East and other parts of the country over the past 12 months.
His wife to be too was said to have been in the vehicle with him.
MC Loph, the only son in a family of four became an instant celebrity when he did a remix of Osita Osadebey’s Osondi Owendi, an award winning song that enjoys airplay till date. Though his songs tilted towards Highlife, he classified them as Afro-Hip Hop as they contained elements of Rap. He graduated from the University of Nigeria Nsukka with a degree in Sociology and Anthropology.
